Cancellation Policy

1 Cancellation Policy You can cancel or reschedule a lesson but you must cancel it 24 hours before the lesson. If you cancel the lesson within 24 hours of the class, then you will lose it. Please note that this rule applies even if you are ill or because of a situation you have no control over. 2 Schedule Changes I may need to make changes to the time slots that are available for lessons. If I cancel, your lesson will be rescheduled free of charge. If no time can be agreed, you'll receive a full refund for that lesson. 3 Lateness You must be on time for your lessons. I will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for you to come to your class. Your class will still end at the agreed time. If you haven’t arrived in fifteen minutes, your lesson is cancelled and you will lose it. 4 Stopping Lessons I may decide to stop teaching a student because we are not working well together. I will do this at the end of the agreed package. If a student shows immature or disrespectful attitudes during lessons, I will end our lessons with a refund for the remainder. 5 Increases in lesson prices Due to inflation, prices will rise (very slowly) over time. I will always inform my students in advance as to when these price increases will occur. 6 Regular study times I try to have the same study time with a student each week. However, I ask students to be flexible regarding this as it may have to change. 7 Changes to terms and conditions All terms and conditions are subject to change.
